As former Vice President of Engineering at NBC Sports, he oversaw some of the most complex projects, large-scale productions, and mission-critical operations in the industry. Known for building high-performance teams and delivering transformative solutions, he has earned recognition as a pioneer in advancing broadcast technology and engineering services. His proven track record of driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth continues to set a new standard for leadership in media and entertainment.

Daniel Wiltcher

Director Broadcast & AV Technologies
Daniel Wiltcher of ERG Design Group leads the KoopGroop team of engineers. He is a highly skilled solutions architect, design engineer, and programmer that has developed and implemented some of the most advanced systems in the broadcast and AV industries. In addition to Daniel’s technical skills, he is a distinguished veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served his nation in 12 different countries, all the while earning both a degree in engineering and another in aeronautics.

Rob Fox is an award-winning media professional with over 30 + years of experience in the broadcast industry leading technical teams, operations, and distribution. He is a leader and manages complex projects and develops business strategies that reduce costs, increase revenue and streamline operations. In addition to Rob’s operational skills, he is an outstanding musician.
